Full Job Description
- Need someone who has Sales experience in US or Europe region.
- Experience must be in International Software Services Sales (app and web).
- Can take care of the entire sales cycle from prospect identifying, and lead generation to deal closure
- Can work on targets
- Good at verbal and written communication
- Experience in working with bidding portals, however, a direct approach will be preferred.
- Act as a representative of the company for business development and client servicing
- Generation of prospects data from various sources
- Emailing, personal meetings with the prospects
- Prepare and deliver presentations before the prospect/client/stakeholder explaining services offered by the company along with portfolio and strengths
- Prepare quotations (if required, in consultation with the head) and send them to the prospect/client
- Manage project costs, budgets, and client expectations
- Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs
- Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests
- Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with clients/sponsors & production /creative team to follow all steps to ensure the project stays on track
- Ensuring all committed deliverables are executed in terms of branding & promotions for event sponsors and partners
- Work with the creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, ability to share & constantly learn new technology
- Coordinate with the divisional head or person assigned by him/her for the project to ensure timely delivery of projects/assignments
- Sales closure by a collection of payment within the agreed time after raising the invoice.
- Customer relationship management and generation of repeat business
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible to Involve in the full life cycle of Project management, it starts from generating leads through various strategies to analyzing project requirements planning, evaluating, implementing, testing, and closing the project.
- Responsible for generating business through bidding portals, cold calling, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Responsible for the development and delivery of short and long-term strategic business goals.
- Analyses market trends and recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues
- Establish appropriate remuneration levels and performance-based conditions for the business development team.
- Responsible for communication with clients and maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients.
- Coordinating with project manager and Development Teams.
- Should have good skills in written & verbal commercial communication
- Experience in the Software Industry is Must
- Experience in the Public / Government sector will be preferred.
- Should have experience in Sales & Marketing of IT Solutions including products/services.
