This is a project with an important mission to increase the quality of pediatric services with innovative software engineering. The team is passionate about developing solutions so that every child can reach their fullest potential in life. The project is a fresh new way to look after the child’s development and detect developmental concerns very early.
What is so great about this project?
This is a collaborative child development tracker for parents and the care team. The project aims to improve the way early pediatric care is delivered and will help parents better understand their child’s development.
The idea behind the product is to provide the right guidance and support when concerns are identified through building solutions that increase access to screening and diagnostic tools.
Through the use of technology, new care models, and unique partnerships with leading care and research centers, we will increase screening rates and diagnoses sooner, leading to faster care and better outcomes.
Who are the people I am going to work with?
There is a well-skilled engineering team on the client side, starting with Senior React and Python developers. Lots of knowledge sharing is encouraged and expected. The plan is to expand the team fast and grow to 7-8 people.

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of Software Engineering experience;
- Unit testing tools such as jest, chai, mocha
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)
- Experience with Storybook Familiarity with RESTful APIs and HTTP interactions
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT is a plus
We expect you to
- Ready to enforce best practices and improve test coverage;
- Be ready to work with Big refactorings;
- Have fun and make an impact while developing awesome and cool software;
- Take part in requirements analysis, task planning, estimation, coding.
- Suggest technical and functional improvements for the project.
- Maintain close collaboration with other team members (aka find some great new friends)
Requirements
- Flexible working hours (full-time, 8 hours working day);
- No time-tracking systems, screenshots, bureaucracy;
- 21 days of paid annual vacation; 6 days of paid sick leaves;
- Possibility to use vacation during PP;
- Days off on all Indian government holidays;
- Quality workstations. You can choose a Macbook or any other laptop
