The Challenge: Structuring Collaboration

Founded in the Netherlands, BizzyOwl creates digital products for teams that make organizing work more efficient and efficient. As the CEO realized, there was a market for organizing work between multi-person teams and keeping track of progress in one place—rather than in many different technologies and apps. BizzyOwl has developed its platform specifically to address the gaps in the dividing line between projects and processes. There were many early ideas from the client, suggesting that the software could have a range of features, which posed a risk regarding the project’s time and budget. To prevent these sorts of risks, ItServicesIndia conducted regular sprint planning and review meetings to align on what matters most in software product design: how to proceed with collaboration, and how to ensure a successful launch.

The result

We continue to update the store and add small additions, to ensure that visitors always see the best possible version of the site. Once the new site was launched in 2019 it was met with a positive reception both from the client and the users.
